Kihei Kai Nani is a highly rated resort known for its laid-back vibe, two pools, tennis courts, and proximity to any type of restaurant you desire. Soft-swaying trade winds off the nearby provide a natural cool and are backed up with air conditioning when the need arises. Off the private lanai – perfect for taking in morning coffee or your home-prepped island feast – Maui’s natural greenery provides the perfect backdrop for your own tropical adventure. This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. No Smoking. Pets NOT allowed. Parties, receptions, luaus, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.
State and County Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.

Good location. Walkable to great nearby restaurants. It is a nice recently updated condo, but we felt it to be very overpriced.
There was a $350 cleaning fee and the space was not very clean. The towels were brand new, but sandy, smelly, and unlaundered with tags still on. Dirty bath mats. You could hardly see through the glass shower doors. Dirty clothes from a previous guest were left behind in the drawers. We notified the host and a cleaning lady was sent over the next morning. She knocked on the door once around 8:15 am and then let herself in... that was surprising. She was nice but argued the bath mats were just stained and the towels were clean. I showed her the tags on the towels and she just said, "oh sh!t." Without our request, the host sent us a substantial refund that lowered our total nightly to $396/n.
We charge $250 cleaning for a 4-bedroom we host and it is sparkling clean. The neighbors in this condo said a crew of 3 goes in there for 15 minutes to clean. It shows.
