Maui Banyan - Remodeled, Ocean View 'G' Condo across Beach!
Thank you for considering our ocean view condo in paradise! Our condo is right across Kamaole Beach Park II in the G building on the South side of the Maui Banyan Resort. The G building is the most sought after as it is closest to the beach without being right next to the road.
Our 'G' condo is a third floor, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit that will be remodeled by May 5th. It will have a fully stocked, all stainless steel kitchen. The bath and shower will have luxurious travertine tiles with brand new brushed nickel fixtures. With three AC units and three ceiling fans, this remodeled condo will keep you cool and comfortable all day long. New King and Full size beds will let you have a restful sleep after a fun-filled day. Covered gazebos and BBQ grills poolside provide a fun and relaxing tropical party. The Maui Banyan tropical landscaping with majestic palm trees, Birds of Paradise, and bamboo groves surround the resort and its two pools and jacuzzis. A tennis court keeps your backhand in tip-top form while you are away in paradise! It is truly a great place to stay without the high-end fees from high-end resorts.

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A refundable reservation/security deposit of $300 is due within 5 business days from the date of booking. 50% of balance is due 60 days before arrival, and the last 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments by personal checks, money orders, Visa, Discover and AMEX are accepted.

The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests and others whom they invite to use the unit, its premises, or its facilities are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of this unit, its premises, or its facilities.

The unit has a new kitchen and new bathrooms; however, the rest of the unit needs to be updated and polished up. Building is okay. Grounds are okay. Beds are soft. Living room is small. Overall: 3 stars.
I am sorry to hear about the bed. It's very difficult to find the right bed. After just a few years of having this bed, I have purchased a firm bed with a topper - this will provide support but softness from the topper. Aloha and thanks for visiting our island.

Best Spot Possible
We don't think we have ever had such a relaxing vacation, ever. Location, cleanliness, accommodations, etc., etc.. Wake up coffee viewing of the south Pacific. Kam 2&3 perfect for the tiles. Photos are for real, this place rocks!
