Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks out are non refundable.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A 50% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments by personal checks, money orders, wire transfers and Paypal are accepted.
This is a payment of $1000 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 10 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board. One car can be parked in the garage. Additional two cars can be parked outside.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.

We had a family of 8 staying and this place was perfect! Well appointed, clean and modern. The city of Kihei was a pleasant surprise - plenty of shopping, restaurants and bars. The pool and hot tub was large and clean. 5 star plus!!

Six of us stayed at this Maui Hills condo Oct 7-13, 2018. My husband and I stayed in the upstairs suite; our daughter, son-in law, and two grandsons stayed in the downstairs suite and bedroom. This was a perfect set up for us with plenty of room. The kitchen met all our needs and we REALLY appreciated the beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs. We had one "fix-it" that needed attention and someone was over immediately to take care of it (Thank you Kevin, Sherry and Todd!). Beaches were very close and accessible with great snorkeling and boogie boarding! Staff at the Maui Hills are very friendly and this complex is well maintained. I would highly recommend this property for an enjoyable, relaxed, fun-filled stay in Kihei and would stay here again without reservation!!

Sunny, spacious condo, very well equipped. Super location and helpful management.
Great location in Wailea. Near some stores and restaurants but not right smack int the center of town with all the traffic. You can walk to beach or park your car easily in beachfront lots. Condo has beach towels, chairs, sand toys etc. Three large bedrooms with own baths, large common space and lovely screened porch with great views. Perfect for 3 couples who want some privacy as well as shared areas. Management team was pleasant and prompt to answer our questions. Would definitely book this condo again.
