Two spacious en-suite bedrooms, one upstairs and one down, along with a third downstairs bedroom and sleeper sofa -- sleeps 8 comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer in unit, free wi-fi and deluxe cable, and beach gear included.
The Maui Hill is a sprawling, low-density condo property known for its beautifully tended tropical grounds, which showcases much of Maui's brilliant flora. The property features a large pool and Jacuzzi, tennis courts, and putting green, and there is plenty of free parking for multiple cars.
Meticulously maintained by one of the top on-island vacation management companies, this deluxe unit showcases a bit of an ocean view from living room and upstairs bedroom. All three bedrooms have their own decks, which overlook wonderful gardens. The layout of the unit is such that each of the bedrooms are afforded maximum privacy.
Maui Hill Resort is located in the heart of Kihei's sun-drenched beach culture, walking distance to a dozen great restaurants, plenty of shopping, and of course Maui's amazing beaches. A half block to the south awaits incredible Keawakapu Beach (do yourself a favor and Google it!), with two miles of soft, golden sand, a vibrant snorkeling reef right off the shore, and warm swimming waters. We've been here 18 years, and this is our favorite beach on Maui by far! You can walk this beach all the way past the Wailea resorts. The beach photos in this listing are of this beach, and it's less than a 5 minute walk from the condo.

NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON LANAI
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks out are non refundable.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A 50% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments by personal checks, money orders, wire transfers and Paypal are accepted.
This is a payment of $1000 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 10 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board. One car can be parked in the garage. Additional two cars can be parked outside.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.

This was a beautiful property, very well-maintained, and the manager responded quickly.
This unit was exactly as advertised, and was very quiet. The grounds were lovely and it had a nice pool.It was very close to many shops and some wonderful restaurants. If I needed a three bedroom unit again, I would definitely try to get this one again.
