With its abundant natural light and surrounding greenery and premium location within Maui Kamaole’s lush 23 acre setting, this contemporary condo hosts up to four guests in stylish tropical elegance. Its Alaska-based owners designed this condo for their own Maui getaway and furnished it from the island’s top showrooms.
Unlike most 1-bedroom condos, this one features two bathrooms, one en-suite with a private garden patio – perfect to greet the Maui day with morning coffee. A new high-end King mattress and luxury bedding, along with a TV and strong (and free) WiFi signal, are also featured in the main bedroom. A comfortable sleeper sofa accommodates two more.
There’s a properly-sized flat screen and upgraded cable in the living room, which features furnishings a step above most vacation rentals. Local art helps create an upscale tropical vibe. There is a washer and dryer setup in the unit.
You’re a short walk to the warm, pristine swimming and snorkeling offered at two close-by beaches: Kamaole III, and Keawakapu Beach. Beach gear, including umbrella, chairs and cooler, are provided
There is air conditioning throughout, and the kitchen was designed and set up to prepare your own private Maui feast – and there’s a gas grill close by to assist.
The resort is well known for its stunning Tropical Oasis pool, one of two on property and a close stroll from the condo. Assigned parking is free, and close as well as the properties' private tennis courts.
The beautiful kitchen features plenty of space to create, along with high-end appliances and every necessity and small appliance.
There are more than a dozen popular restaurants within six block of the resort, along with shopping, coffee, and rental outlets. Maui Kamaole is at the preferred south end of Kihei’s sun-drenched beach culture, close to spectacular beaches (Kamaole III and Keawakapu) and ideal kayaking and stand-up paddling playgrounds. Wailea and its luxury resorts are just two blocks South, and the resort is convenient to the shoreline beach path that meanders beyond Kihei to Wailea.
A $59 administrative fee provides damage protection coverage with every booking.

NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON LANAI
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks out are non refundable.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A 50% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments by personal checks, money orders, wire transfers and Paypal are accepted.
This is a payment of $500 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 10 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board. One car can be parked in the garage. Additional two cars can be parked outside.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.
