This top floor, two-story luxury condo showcases expansive ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and extra private oversized lanai. Located two blocks from Wailea and a short stroll to two of Maui's top-ranked beaches, Maui Kamaole's stellar reputation as a quiet, tropical oasis is well-deserved.
Many of the units here are driving distance from the beach: the property spans 23 lush acres. Our condo is ideally located for quick walking access to Keawakapu and Kamaole III Beaches, two of the island's best. We've equipped it with the goal of creating the ultimate base for your Maui adventure, including:

Both bedrooms feature high-end King Beds and luxury linens. We also offer the option of a fully outfitted, comfortable, newer sleeper sofa (upon request). The upstairs Master Suite features a luxurious, beautifully renovated bathroom including walk-in shower. Downstairs, the private guest suite also features a new, luxury King bed and gorgeous bathroom renovation.
Maui Kamaole is well-known for its quiet, lush grounds, which features many of Hawaii's unique tropical flora and rolling greenery. One of the property's two pools (both with spas) is an easy walk from the unit. There are also championship-level tennis courts and a convenient gas barbeque area.
Stroll off the grounds, and you're a few blocks away from the best of South Maui's amazing beach culture. A dozen restaurants, a couple of coffee shops, excellent shopping options, and an amazing shoreline beach walking path are all close by. Rent kayaks, standup paddleboards, and snorkel gear nearby, or drive 4 blocks to South Maui's best shore break for a beginner surf lesson. The ocean across the street is typically calm (especially in the mornings), warm, and amazing clear, teeming with tropical fish.

No smoking in the unit or on the lanai. Pets not allowed. No glass at the pool area.

1. A $200 deposit is due at time of booking. (which I'm actually pushing out until August to make sure we are actually open for business)
2. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
3. Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund, less a 4% charge for credit card processing fees.
5. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
6. If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
Should the travel to the island be restricted again, we would offer a full refund of any monies paid less the 4% credit card fee.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A 30% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
This is a deposit hold of $500 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 5 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board. One car can be parked in the garage. Additional two cars can be parked outside.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.

Lovely place with Oceanview
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for our needs and having the lanai with oceanview was so nice. Appreciated the cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, and towels in the unit. We would definitely stay again.

Fabulous vacation at Maui Kameole G-202
We loved our 7 night stay here. From the lanai we had a view of wonderful sunsets over the ocean, we were close to walk to the sandy Kameole beaches, and a short drive from the Ulua Beach with it’s fantastic 1.5 mile scenic boardwalk. Nice to be able to use the condo’s beach chairs, umbrella & cooler. 2 good pools, one of them with a waterfall and tropical vegetation. The kitchen was well stocked, king beds were comfy, and great that 1 bedroom was up in the loft. Thank you Kevin & Todd for your informative emails and for allowing us late checkout.
