The Maui Kamaole is one of the southernmost complexes in South Kihei, just two blocks from Wailea and across the street from Kamaole III and Keawakapu Beaches -- two of the island's best. The property sits on 23 lush, manicured acres that showcase the best of Hawaii's tropical beauty. Most 1-bedroom condos have one bathroom: this oversized unit has two. The bedroom is a large suite with its own remodeled bathroom, and private garden patio -- perfect to greet the Maui day with morning coffee. A new high-end King mattress and luxury bedding, along with a TV and strong (and free) WiFi signal, are also featured in the main bedroom. A comfortable sleeper sofa accommodates two more, and the unit has chilling air conditioning throughout.
There’s a large Smart TV and upgraded cable in the living room, which features furnishings a step above most vacation rentals. Local art helps create an upscale tropical vibe. There is a washer and dryer setup in the unit.
You’re a short walk to the warm, pristine swimming and snorkeling offered at two close-by beaches: Kamaole III, and Keawakapu Beach. Beach gear, including umbrella, chairs and cooler, are provided
There is air conditioning throughout, and the kitchen was designed and set up to prepare your own private Maui feast – and there’s a gas grill close by to assist.
The resort is well known for its stunning Tropical Oasis pool, one of two on property and a close stroll from the condo. Assigned parking is free, and close as well as the properties' private tennis courts.
The beautiful kitchen features plenty of space to create, along with high-end appliances and every necessity and small appliance.
There are more than a dozen popular restaurants within six block of the resort, along with shopping, coffee, and rental outlets. Maui Kamaole is at the preferred south end of Kihei’s sun-drenched beach culture, close to spectacular beaches (Kamaole III and Keawakapu) and ideal kayaking and stand-up paddling playgrounds. Wailea and its luxury resorts are just two blocks South, and the resort is convenient to the shoreline beach path that meanders beyond Kihei to Wailea.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.
State and County Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Arrival instructions will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival.

It was a great location - across from Kam III beach. Pool was great. BBQ worked well & clean. Beds were comfy - no issues.
Lots of restaurants and shopping close by.
Great lil patio area for eating.
Arrival / departure instructions were clear.

This property was very comfortable for me and two of my adult grandchildren. Property very clean. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there were plenty of towels, including beach towels and beach chairs. I definitely recommend this property

Thank you for the nice stay at your property. Everything was prepared well for us and service response was very quick for requests. Overall, unit was very convenient to beaches and golf courses. The unit is right next to the nice pool area as well. Everything was clean and operational.
