Taking its all-new decor theme from the stunning stretch of soft, golden sand at Kamaole Beach III just across the street, your stay is defined by surroundings completely dedicated to a great guest experience.
Just renovated in the Spring of 2018, the condo is set up for 2 couples or a family of four. New tiled throughout, the expansive floor plan (more than 1,000 sf) houses a brilliant brand new kitchen with granite counter tops and gathering island, and Cherry cabinetry, and every implement and appliance required to prepare and serve your private island feast. Guest gas grills are also close-by on property.
Comfort and convenience are priorities, with new, high-end Sealy mattresses all-around, and upscale tropical furnishings selected from Maui s top showrooms. The work of talented local artists accent the decor. High-speed WiFi, free assigned close-by parking, large flat-screen with cable, and a new, oversized washer-dryer in the condo are among the amenities.
The unit features an air-conditioner in the master bedroom as well as the second bedroom. A luxurious king size bed is in the master bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom can be converted to a king upon request prior to the guest's arrival. There is no AC unit in the living room area.
Kamaole III Beach is a one minute (or less) walk from the property, and features wonderful swimming and snorkeling off the shore. Walk the shoreline trail south as far as the Wailea resorts, and watch for sea turtles feasting on the algae alongside. Boogie boarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and whale watching (in winter season) are practically at your doorstep. And within a few blocks, there are more than a dozen restaurants, coffee and smoothie shops, snorkel rental, convenience markets, and souvenir shopping. Wailea s resorts are less than five minutes away by car.
The lanai at this condo is something special -- it s roughly 50% larger than the typical vacation rental lanai, and it s put to amazing use with the scenery just across the street. It s the ultimate tropical venue from which to watch Kihei s beach-town rhythm unfold, with morning coffee or evening beverage. A new retractable lanai sun shield keeps things comfortable.
Both bathrooms were completely and tastefully remodeled with granite and glass, and feature creative tile work by favorite local artists.
The highly rated Maui Parkshore property has a sparkling pool on site.

Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 29 days of arrival, there shall be no refund unless the property is re-rented during the full period of the reservation. If the property is re-rented, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the nights that are re-rented.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A 30% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
This is a deposit hold of $500 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 5 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted in any open space. Please always keep your permit on a dash board.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.

I wanted something close enough to the beach so we could just walk to it. The beach across the street is great! There are turtles there, tide pools, and mini rock reefs all around for easy snorkeling. The condo had a great assortment of boogie boards, fins, kickboards, chairs, etc. The condo itself is cute and the complex was pretty mellow, which is nice if you like to go to bed early. We had a rental car, but I can easily imagine being able to access anything you'd need within walking distance, or one of the constant buses running up and down the road. I'd happily stay here again! Bonus points for being a very competitive and low price point.

It doesn't get any better than this location, patio view and condo. You literally walk across the street and you are on an amazing beach with turtles, fish and soft sand. There is also a lifeguard station which is an added bonus. Kevin was responsive and positive. The whole complex was very clean and well cared for. I would rent this same place again!
