Located a close walk to Charlie Young and Kamaole I Beach, this air conditioned vacation condo has a fully equipped kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi, premium cable, and comfortable accommodations for four guests.
With its preferred third floor location in quiet Building II, the end location offers additional windows and more natural light to showcase the cool, contemporary theme. It’s located in the heart of South Kihei, adjacent to the spectacular Kamaole Beaches, a close by walk. Just across t e street you can snorkel, relax on one of the best beaches in Hawaii, snorkel, kayak, standup paddleboard, and even learn to surf at The Cove, a block away.
Bedding includes a comfortable and high quality King, and sleeper sofa in the living room, with excellent privacy between the two. Beautiful wood floors and local Hawaiiana art create a great atmosphere for your beach vacation.
The kitchen was set up with every implement and small appliance you can imagine, and hosts four for dinner with no problem (there’s also a gas grill outside for your use). See swaying palms from your third floor lanai. There is a washer-dryer in the unit. You’ll find beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, and beach towels. The property features three pools, tennis courts, and free parking near your unit. The unit is professionally managed and maintained by a top on-island management company, and cleanliness and excellence are guaranteed.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. No Smoking. Pets NOT allowed. Parties, receptions, luaus, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.
State and County Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled at least 15 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Arrival instructions will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival.

Great location and condo. Walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants/cafes, grocery stores and light shopping.
Keep in mind that if you’re a light sleeper the birds are loud in the morning (sounds as if they are in the bedroom with you). The window is right at the head of the bed and everyday at 5:30 am the birds will wake you up.

A great condominium that is walking distance from a perfect beach (Charley Young Beach). The bed, sheets, and pillows were so comfortable! The kitchen was outfitted perfectly for breakfast and coffee. There are some good food options just around half a mile away. Some of the best food in the area are from food trucks!
