Located in the heart of South Maui’s beach culture, you are a block from Kihei’s best surf break, across the street from kayak/SUP rentals, and a short walk to more than a dozen great restaurants and a grocery store.
Nature has seen to the spectacular view and soothing ocean, and the loving owners of this well-appointed condo have done the rest. Split system air conditioning tempers Kihei’s year-round summer temperatures, ultra-fast internet keeps you connected, and a comfortable king mattress will lull you to sleep and help you prepare for the next day’s adventure.
Enjoy Maui’s astonishing sunsets, cook full-scale island feasts on the gas grill and fully equipped kitchen, or hang with the gentle, grazing sea turtles you are likely to see right out front. During whale season (November to April), you will have a private front row seat to the antics or launch a kayak from right out front and enjoy a special close-range adventure.
The kitchen features elegant custom bamboo cabinetry, granite surfaces, full sized stainless appliances, microwave, and coffee maker. Upgraded cable streams through a wall-mounted Smart TV.
There is nothing like being beach front on Maui to make your vacation one you will never forget. Your designated parking space and a shared laundry room are just downstairs.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler.
Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.
State and County Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.

Awesome views
We very much enjoyed our stay. The view from our balcony was gorgeous. It was easy to get to everything we wanted to do. We were even able to see whales.

Needs black out curtains in bedroom
The condo was nice but small pretty much for 2 people. One suggestion would be to put black out curtains in the bedroom because the night parking lot light made the bedroom pretty lite up.
