Rates do not include 14.42% Occupancy Tax. Add $175 check out cleaning fee. Three Nights Deposit required at booking. $150 dollars cancellation fee. Payment by check, money order or wire transfer. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. No smoking. Pets not allowed.

For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival, the fee is $150. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A deposit of two nights rent is due within 7 business days from the date of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payments by personal checks, money orders, wire transfers and Paypal are accepted.
There is a payment of $200 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 7 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
The Office is open from 8-12AM and 1-4PM Monday – Friday. Resident Manager’s Phone: 808-264-0002. Contact your rental agent if you have in-unit questions. The Resident Manager cannot open the door of any condo at the request of a renter or guest.
Smoking, including vapor cigarettes inside condos or on lanai’s is prohibited. Smoking, including vapor cigarettes in the common areas of the property is permitted only within the two designated smoking areas.
Do not dispose of anything but toilet tissue in toilets. Disposable diapers, Swiffers, personal wipes, etc. will plug up the sewage system. Trash disposal areas are located on both sides of the complex near the exit and entrance.
Upon arrival, register your vehicle. Parking permit forms are located by the Association Office. One vehicle per condo is allowed to park on property.
Please be quiet from 10PM – 8AM. Please be considerate of others at all times.
Pool and Courtyard
The pool is open from 9AM-9PM. Please read sign at the pool gate before entering. No lifeguard is on duty! Adult supervision required at all times. Adults are responsible for their actions, behaviour and wellbeing of minors at all times. For sanitary reasons, diapers are not allowed in the pool. No glass allowed in pool area.
For use on lawn only and not on sand beach or lanai. Chairs cannot be reserved. Lawn chairs are locked up each night. Return lawn furniture in courtyard to beachfront holding area before 9PM.
Barbecues are provided for your use near the pool. Clean grills and counter after each use.
All games such as football, baseball, soccer, kickball, paddle ball, or frisbee should be played on the beach, or at Haycraft Park at the end of Hauoli Street, not in the courtyard area.
Do not hang towels, bathing suits or any items from the lanai railings. Placement or use of barbecues on the lanai is prohibited.
Help conserve our island’s precious resources. When leaving the condo, please turn off the lights, air conditioning and appliances. Conserve water where possible.
Animals are not allowed in the condo.
