All three bedrooms are en-suite, with a gigantic downstairs Master Bedroom and guest bedroom lanai accessing a private and picturesque garden and sitting area. All the bedrooms are comfortably-sized, with a king size bed in the master, a Cal King in the second bedroom downstairs, and 2 queen beds upstairs in the 3rd bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. We will activate the interior elevator for guests with special needs.
Central AC chills the unit, which is outfitted with best-available appliances and kitchen implements. Ultra-fast internet, luxury linens, personal safe, full-sized laundry room, and private garage with remote unit access are among the conveniences. Also included: a full-sized laundry room, and additional covered adjacent parking.
A state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped for the most elaborate of island cooking events, assisted by Sub Zero fridge/freezer, Wolf oven, Thermador range hood, and large-capacity gas grill and auxiliary fridge on the lanai.
A grotto-styled waterfall pool is the centerpiece of Ho’olei’s private courtyard, which also features a baby’s play beach and shallow-water splash feature. Swim through the tropical grotto, refresh under the 19-foot waterfall, or sun away the day comfortably away pool-side. Courtyard amenities include two whirlpool tubs, separate Men and Women saunas and high-end locker rooms with showers amidst a lush, tropical environment. A sparkling-clean and well-equipped fitness facility awaits with cardio, weight training, and Peloton bikes.
The rental of this unit does not include access to the pools at the Grand Wailea. However, access to the beach and restaurants are available to all guests.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

No Smoking. Pets NOT allowed. Parties, receptions, luaus, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.
State and County Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Arrival instructions will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival.
