Unit 703 is located near the amazing pool and Jacuzzi and the Wailea Golf Course and Tennis Clubs are just minutes away.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

No Smoking. Pets NOT allowed. Parties, receptions, luaus, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.
State and County Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
Payment Terms
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
Security Deposit
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
House Rules
Parking:
Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces.
Owners Closet:
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Garbage:
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
Pets:
No pets allowed.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Arrival:
Arrival instructions will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival.
Departure:
Detailed instructions will be provided regarding departure process.

Great unit
The Palms at Wailea #703 is a great unit - super convenient to the beach (10 min walk), the Shops at Wailea (15 min walk), and just in a great neighborhood. The unit was clean, has been recently upgraded, and had all the amenities that we needed. Especially great was the aircon units in each room - a great touch to enable each group to cool themselves to the right temps. At night we turned off the aircons and just let the breeze through the house. Really nice lanai and quite private to the rest of the units. Parking was right in front of the house. Super great spot to navigate the west side of Maui. We would definitely rent there again!

Loved our stay!
Loved our stay! Great peaceful location, beautiful grounds, and the home is immaculate. Smooth check in process - which was very seamless. We love to cook so we definitely did a Costco run before arriving- and the home had all the awesome kitchenware available. Had a small hiccup with the Wi-Fi when we arrived - the info provided in the email didn't match the info on the router in the home. So had to do a small search to get proper info. Property manager said they would update. More trash bags for the week would have been great too, and maybe a full paper towel roll, with maybe one extra (we started with a less than half roll). Overall - we would definitely return here our next time in Maui!
