As you enter the unit, you are greeted by a fully equipped kitchen complete with all the necessary appliances and cookware to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The open concept living and dining area is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the island. Remote workers will appreciate the large desk in the living area. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.

Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
