Located on the cusp of the famed Wailea Blue Course, and a short stroll from the Wailea Tennis Club and Shops at Wailea, it sleeps six comfortably with a king size bed in the master suite and two double beds in the second bedroom. Luxury linens throughout and both bedrooms have their own lanais.
The unit is located in Building 3, prized for front-row ocean views unobstructed by other condos, and two-minute access to great shopping and restaurants at the Shops at Wailea. The nearby Wailea Beach path accesses some of Hawaii’s best-rated beaches and snorkeling spots, and it’s a two minute stroll to the brand new Wailea Village Center, and our favorite coffee stop on the island - Akamai.
Wailea Ekolu 510 is managed by Vacation-Maui, one of the top-rated vacation rental management teams on Maui. Their Wailea office is located less than a half block from the condo.

1. A $200 deposit is due at time of booking. (which I'm actually pushing out until August to make sure we are actually open for business)
2. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
3. Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund, less a 4% charge for credit card processing fees.
5. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
6. If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
Should the travel to the island be restricted again, we would offer a full refund of any monies paid less the 4% credit card fee.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A 30% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
This is a deposit hold of $500 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 5 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board. One car can be parked in the garage. Additional two cars can be parked outside.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.

Nice property. Pool is 5 mins away and clean. Very quiet.
Lots of towels, comfortable. Can walk to The most beautiful Wailea beach in 20 mins . Shopping mall is 15 mins.

Loved the size of the condo with the living area above and bedrooms below it gave us all lots of space. All beach needs were available with a cooler, beach towels, chairs and umbrella ready to be used. We will come again and stay!!
