The owners have outfitted this luxury condo with everything to make it the ultimate base for your Wailea vacation, including two split-system AC units, and additional AC in all of the bedrooms. A beautifully updated kitchen, with granite and stunning cabinetry, is outfitted to cook and serve your tropical gathering. The living room opens to a spacious ocean view lanai, which is fitted with a permitted, electric barbeque unit. Wireless internet, upgraded cable, a large wall-mounted, and wine chiller are among the many conveniences.
The Ekolu is one of Wailea's top-rated vacation rental properties, and features a beautiful resort-style pool and tennis courts. The property wraps Wailea's famed Old Blue course.
Downstairs, two oversized suites feature high-end, ultra-comfortable beds and luxury linens. One bedroom is equipped with two full-sized beds, the other with a King. Both bedrooms have TVs, and private entry/exit.

NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON LANAI
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks out are non refundable.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A 50% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments by personal checks, money orders, wire transfers and Paypal are accepted.
This is a payment of $500 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 10 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board. One car can be parked in the garage. Additional two cars can be parked outside.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.

We stayed in January 2019 with 5 people. This townhouse is spacious and comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen and baths are nicely remodeled, and there are ceiling fans and air conditioning to keep things cool. The beach towels, chairs, coolers and boogie boards are among nice homey amenities! The whole process and stay were wonderful. I hope to be a repeat visitor!

This condo is beautifully decorated and spacious. The ocean view is amazing, and the location is outstanding as it is close to great shopping, restaurants, and beaches. The pool is also very close to this unit. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely stay here again!
