The owners have outfitted this luxury condo with everything to make it the ultimate base for your Wailea vacation, including two split-system AC units, and additional AC in all of the bedrooms. A beautifully updated kitchen, with granite and stunning cabinetry, is outfitted to cook and serve your tropical gathering. The living room opens to a spacious ocean view lanai, which is fitted with a permitted, electric barbeque unit. Wireless internet, upgraded cable, a large wall-mounted, and wine chiller are among the many conveniences.
The Ekolu is one of Wailea's top-rated vacation rental properties, and features a beautiful resort-style pool and tennis courts. The property wraps Wailea's famed Old Blue course.
Downstairs, two oversized suites feature high-end, ultra-comfortable beds and luxury linens. One bedroom is equipped with two queen-sized beds, the other with a King. Both bedrooms have TVs, and private entry/exit.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. No Smoking. Pets NOT allowed. Parties, receptions, luaus, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.
State and County Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Arrival instructions will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival.

Location, location, location
This was our second stay in this unit. It is comfortable, spacious and has a great sunset view from the lanai. The kitchen and A/C are both recently updated, and everything worked well for us. The unit has everything you need for a week at the beach, including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. We were completely satisfied!
Everything, and I mean everything in South Maui is easily accessed from this unit. Ulua and Wailea Beaches are within walking distance; the Shops of Wailea are even closer. Piilani Highway and S. Kihei road can be reached within 5 minutes. The Wailea Gateway center just up the hill has plenty of good dining. Even the Kihei boat ramp is only 5 minutes away by car. This is a fantastic unit for a family or 2 couples who want a comfortable home base and easy travel to activities!

This is an amazing town house in Wailea. It is close to everything you want to do. The beach is 5min away. You can watch the amazing sunsets from the balcony. The community area is well maintained. We even grilled out some fresh Ahi on the grill which was spotless. Highly recommend it!
