Every detail was addressed in the complete and total renovation of this single-level luxury condo at Wailea Elua Village.  Upon entering unit 803, you are immediately greeted with panoramic ocean views from the open living area, and the unit is located steps from Wailea’s stunning Ulua Beach. Gated Elua Village fronts the Wailea Beach path and the soft golden sand at one of Maui’s top snorkeling and diving spots. Amenities of this lush, low-density 24-acre property include its beach front pool pavilion, fitness center, and gated access to the beach. There are two pools on property.

From its Travertine flooring to its smoothly sculpted ceilings, every square inch of this 1600+ square foot villa is sparkling new. Fleetwood sliding doors and windows frame magnificent ocean and outer island views, and a private backyard courtyard hosts your own BBQ and seating. In total, lanai space off the bedrooms and the courtyard span more than 2,000 square feet, setting the tone for seamless indoor-outdoor interaction. 

Newly ducted Central AC works in harmony with the trades in cooling every room. The unit’s bedding – a California King, King, and two twins that can convert to a King, along with a sleeper sofa – is fitted with premium hotel-level mattresses and luxury bedding. Recessed LED lighting compliments abundant natural light.

The open-concept kitchen was completely redesigned to enhance the main living area’s natural flow and is well-equipped to create and serve the impromptu feast. All-new components include a Bosch induction range and Sub-Zero fridge. Quartz “waterfall” countertops compliment custom Diamond cabinets, and abundant storage includes a full-scale pantry.

You’ll notice countless interior details as you acclimate including solid doors, motorized blinds, 76” HD Smart TV, and a built-in GE Monogram wine fridge. Other details, like sound-deadening QuietRock Ceiling throughout, are more subtle. Washer and dryer are full-sized. 

The iconic Elua Village has gated access to the Wailea Beach walking path, and is adjacent to the Andaz Hotel, Shops at Wailea, and the Wailea Blue course.  A half-dozen fine dining restaurants are within a short walk, and the nearby Wailea Shops offers ice cream, coffee, great shopping and a handful of excellent restaurants.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated.  Please plan accordingly.  If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.

All units are equipped with smart locks.  The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.

Rental Policies


Cancellation Policy


Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled at least 15 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.

Overall good experience

Everything we needed was there but didn’t like to have to do laundry before we left and didn’t have option to get clean towels during our stay. Had to wash them.

Beautiful home just steps away from the beach

Beautiful home just steps away from the beach. This newly renovated villa couldn’t be in a better location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. This completely renovated Villa is stocked with more than you can ask for. A wonderful welcome basket was waiting for us when we arrived. The bedrooms were decorated beautifully and the beds we’re so comfortable. There is plenty of beach chairs and towels for everyone. But, my favorite part was sitting on the lanai looking at the ocean. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was in great condition and fully stocked with kitchen supplies which was helpful for making meals at the house. This is definitely a 5-star condo. Some things to note: the master shower glass wall doesn’t extend far enough it seems and water inevitably gets outside the shower on the floor. The lighting in the master bathroom seems to be very dim. The tv systems are very difficult to navigate. The view is spectacular and the unit is close to the beach and walking trail along wailea. Great location and our stay was near perfect! Would absolutely stay here again.
