A 1 bedroom, 1 bath bottom floor, ocean front condo in the beautiful Papakea complex. Papakea is a low rise (4 story) building on 13 acres for tropical gardens located in West Maui between Lahaina and Kapalua. The condo is completely upgrated with new stainless steel appliances, a new 8 inch hide a bed couch and new king size mattress in the bedroom. We have a split sytem air conditioner in the living room.

This is a Non smoking enviroment. No smoking of any kind is allowed. If you get kicked out because you are not minding the rules there is a no refund policy
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, the fee is $250. For cancellations less than 90 days and more than 30 days prior to arrival, the fee is half the total rent unless the unit gets rerented. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival unless unit gets rerented. Travel insurance is advised.
An administration fee of $250.00 is needed to reserve your time frame. Depending on how far out you reserve we do a three payment plan. Checks and credit cards are accepted. Final payment due 30 days prior to check in
This is a payment of $250 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 10 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces. You will be issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board.
The locked closets contain owners personal items. Please be respectful.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.
