From our lanai enjoy a super view of Mount Haleakala, plus partial ocean view and the Island of Kahoolawe, all while overlooking lush tropical gardens with fish ponds, fountains, flowers and lots of foliage.
Gorgeous Kamaole Sands resort in South Kihei next to Wailea with Fifteen acres of lush tropical grounds with fishponds, fountains, waterfalls, and abundance of tropical plants and flowers.
Our condo, "Behr’s Retreat", is a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with an upgraded kitchen that includes all new appliances, tiled counter tops and back splash, A complete new shower in the hall bathroom, carpeting in bedroom and living room, and tiled floors elsewhere. Mirrored closet doors, and the Bathroom vanity tops are tile.
Fully furnished, a queen size bed and a new sofa bed with 6 inch mattress in 2016, plus a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare most any meal, abd we provide all your linens and towels.
The resort amenities include a large pool, a large flagstone sun deck, two Jacuzzis, a children’s wading pool, four tennis courts, and eight barbeque areas. Two activity centers, and every Wednesday a Mai Tai party at poolside. Also a 24-hour front desk, complimentary coffee 7am - 9am at the reception area. Also available; a wake-up service, babysitting, and dry cleaning.
Easy short walk to fine restaurants, delis, shopping, and four of the best beaches on Maui. Short drive to most of Maui’s top ten activity attractions and World Class Golf Courses.
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 60 days prior to arrival for low season. All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of scheduled arrival. Cancellation on or after arrival- all payments forfeited.

LATE CHECK OUT POLICY:
1/2 daily rental fee provides condo use until evening (must be approved before to receiving final payment) .
All rates are quoted in US dollars, and do not include Hawaii Tax of 14.42%.
Discounts offered for our returning guests and longer stays (minimum of 3 weeks) except during value season

ANY CANCELLATION MUST BE RECEIVED NO LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED DATE OF ARRIVAL.

A deposit of $300 is due within 7 days for US, 10 days for Canada, to confirm and secure your reservation. All remaining amounts due are required 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date

• If you reside in the US, we accept personal checks, bank cashier certified checks, or payments can be made directly into our Wells Fargo account by either using a branch teller or thru online transfer, Zelle, even Echeck.
• If you reside outside the USA we need a Money Order (Canadian Bank Draft) in US dollars obtained at your local bank who is familiar with this.
• Credit card payments are accepted and processed through Pay Pal and include additional fees of 3.3% in US and 4.5% for outside the US.
• “Free”, No Fees, if you make your payment using funds within your Pay Pal account, or you have your bank account linked to Pay Pal, otherwise there are additional fees of 3.3% in US and 4.5% for outside the US.

• OR I can send you a request for payment direct from my Pay Pal account that you would reply to and provide the required information
• OR you may go to their web site and do a send money transaction to my accepted email address MauiBehr@gmail.com.
• And we accept bank wire transfers for additional fee of $16.
Refundable Deposits --- The refundable deposit is fully refundable if the condo is left in good order and the keys are returned to the lockbox ($50 fee for any lost keys). Additional charges may be incurred for any breakage, damage, missing items, or housekeeping charges beyond normal use, such an excessive laundry, unwashed dishes, or additional cleaning required.
The deposit refund, less any deductions, will be mailed within 14-28 days of check-out. Refund will be determined by inspection provided by our housekeeper after your departure.
