Our condo is just steps away from one of the most uncrowded and beautiful fine-sand beaches in Maui. Kamaole Beach Park II has some of the best swimming,snorkeling and boogie boarding anywhere. There is a lifeguard station on the beach, and tide pool area on the south side, teeming with crabs, starfish, turtles etc. It's also a great place to watch the whales and beautiful sunsets.
The master bedroom has a new queen size bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two new twin beds. The lanai, with a garden view, is found off the living room. A sofa bed and second bath means that our unit can easily accommodate six adults. A real value for Maui. Immediately across from Kamaole II beach. Walk to dining, Maui style.
Kihei Akahi boasts lush tropical grounds and is conveniently situated near all the major amenities of Kihei and South Maui. Facilities here include two pools, and natural gas bbqs. The lower pool has a kitchen, large seating area and two bbqs. The upper pool provides another area for barbequing. The property also has an excellent tennis court for your enjoyment.
Our condo has been completely renovated and remodeled with tile floor, new bathrooms, and new kitchen cupboards complete with granite countertops. There is a lanai for relaxing or dining al fresco. Should you wish to dine indoors, the dining area comfortably seats six.
Lovingly maintained, guests say it feels just like home. We have had many comments in our visitor book expressing how well equipped and comfortable our condo is. The kitchen has all the regular amenities including dishes, rice cooker, blender and coffee maker to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We also have an in-room safe for your valuables.
Kihei Akahi is divided into 4 main buildings. Our two bedroom unit is located on the top floor of the two-storey 'B' building and boasts an open air plan with cool tropical trade winds blowing through the living/dining area.
Our condo is well stocked with multiples sets of bed linens, blankets, and bath towels. We also have assorted beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys for your convenience. There is also a designated parking spot for the condo.
We have tried to make our condo your home away from home and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board. TELEPHONE:
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed. A small pet will be considered with additional $20/night fee.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.
