You can unpack later. For now, step out onto the spacious, quiet lanai surrounded by tropical trees and kick back with a cold drink.
Then load up the beach wagon with the beach chairs, cooler, and boogie boards (all provided for you!) and flip-flop your way down to golden Kamaole Sands III beach, just a 4-minute walk away. A secure in-unit safe will ensure you’re worry-free while you’re out having fun.
Or opt for a day at the pool, just steps across the grassy lawn, with two hot tubs to soak your cares away. Our ground-floor location makes it easy to hit the ground running for the day’s adventures. And with free WiFi, you can easily share travel photos with loved ones at home.
Our well-stocked, updated kitchen with granite counter tops makes cooking a pleasure. Chat about the day’s highlights over dinner at the dining table... or out on the ceiling-fan-cooled lanai while catching a colorful sunset. Or, make the most of a warm evening with a picnic-style BBQ on the lawn with communal grills nearby.
Close the day with a movie on the cable flat-screen TV with DVD player in the air-conditioned living room. Or, cuddle up in the plush king-size bed in the master bedroom and catch your favorite show on the 40” mounted flat-screen before drifting off.
The kids will sleep easy in living room’s new queen-size sofa bed. And with two full baths, including an en suite master, sharing space is easy. Speaking of ease, did we mention the full-size washer/dryer to help keep packing light?
Start the next day with a round of tennis before a day of snorkeling, swimming, or whale watching (Oct.-April). When Wednesday rolls around, make sure the resort's complimentary poolside Mai-Tai party and a hula show are on the docket!

Travel Tip: Book your flight, request time off from work, arrange dog/child watch prior to booking your accommodations.
To avoid a $100 fine levied by the resort, all guests MUST register at the front office before accessing owner's unit. This is a resort house rule.

Check Out: no later than 11:00 a.m.
Late check out fee is one-half the nightly rental rate and must be negotiated at the time of rental.
Travel insurance is advised.
All cancellations will result in a fee equivalent to the nightly rate for your reservations dates.
If Guest cancels 60 or more days prior to arrival, 100% of monies paid will be refunded.
If Guest cancels 59 days or less prior to arrival, he/she is responsible for the full amount of rent. If the unit is re-booked to another party for any of the dates of the reservation, the Owner will be refund the Guest the amount recovered, less the Cancellation Fee. Owners may not be able to rebook all or any dates and/or the nightly rate may be less than the nightly rate Guest reserved.

Payment by Paypal, cashiers check or direct echeck transfer are accepted.
This is a payment of $300.00 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 10 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
A reserved parking space is included at no extra cost to you. When you check in, the front desk will provide you with a "dash board permit" with the space number. Please always keep your permit on a dash board.
The locked closet in the master bedroom and the lanai contains the owner's personal items. Please be respectful.
The condo phone may be turned on with a $50.00 USD deposit when you check in to the front office. Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day. Hawaii is a tropical environment and it is common to see various insects and animals around and inside the Property. There will be no refunds or cancellations from insect or animal sightings, bites, or stings. Guest may not leave uncovered and unsealed food out of the refrigerator as it may attract pests.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted in the designated areas in the parking lot only.
Check the furniture, closets, dressers and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn off all lights, ceiling fans, and the air conditioners. Lock all windows and doors.
