Kamaole Sands Resort, directly across the street from picturesque warm-water swimming oasis Kamaole III Beach, this luxury condo was just remodeled top to bottom. The tone of the contemporary styling was set by a renowned local artist commissioned to create one of a kind custom acrylic counters and one-off custom art.
Along with the new furnishings and luxury King mattress, the sparkling new remodel encompasses new furnishings and newly created kitchen and bathrooms. Wi-Fi, AC, 65” Smart TV, and new full-sized appliances are among the many upgrades. The kitchen is well-matched to your private dining plans and was designed to accommodate a royal feast for four, making restaurant dining an option. You can walk to an array of great local restaurants, shopping, coffee, and plenty of local treats.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, the second bedroom features 2 twin beds, and a living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa for hosting up to 6 guests.
Everything is new including paint, flooring, fixtures, lighting, and art. The remodel combines practical upgrades (walk-in showers, AC) with locally sourced aesthetics and décor. A rare single level 2 bedroom unit with the front kitchen, no wasted space with the long hallway as with so many others.
The largest resort pool in South Kihei is the centerpiece of the Kamaole Sands’ wonderful, lush courtyard area, which encompasses 15 acres of tropical gardens and water features. There are two Jacuzzis, one reserved for adults, and a children’s wading pool. Resort amenities include a fitness center, tennis courts, assigned parking near the condo, and plenty of gas grills.
Kamaole III Beach, one of the three “jewels of Kihei,” is just across the street. A long, sloping lawn is a local favorite for savoring the incomparable Maui sunsets, and the protective warm-water swimming and snorkeling bay is wonderful. Sea turtles are often seen munching the algae off the reef, and “Kam 3” offers access to South Maui’s scenic beach path, extending several miles in both directions.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. No Smoking. Pets NOT allowed. Parties, receptions, luaus, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.
State and County Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Arrival instructions will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival.
