Rates are based on 4-people occupancy. Hawaii Occupancy Tax and any fees are separate - refer to quote for exact numbers. NO Smoking, NO exceptions includes cigars, vaping, e-Cigarettes. Pets NOT allowed. We will send you a contract for your approval. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
A cancellation notice must be received in writing. For cancellations 60 days or more prior to arrival a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival except for security deposit. For cancellations on or after arrival date all funds are forfeited. Early departure does not warrant any refunds. Travel insurance is advised.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. 50% of total balance is due at the time of booking (deposit). The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations not paid in full within 60 days of arrival are subject to cancellation. Reservations with less than 60 days until arrival are due in full at time of booking. Failure to submit payments on time may result in cancellation of reservation without refund. Payments may be made by personal checks or money orders (preferred to avoid fees). Credit card payments are accepted, if the guest covers the incurred fees.
This is a payment of $350 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 10 business days after departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Condo uses a Keyless lock system. You will choose your own PIN [4 digit] prior to arrival. *Guest select PIN is valid from 3PM on day of arrival and expires at 11AM on departure day. *Early check-in and check-out may be available only when pre-arranged with owner (at an additional fee). Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. NO SMOKING (cigars, vaping e-Cigarettes is permitted in or around the unit, including lanai [NO exceptions]. Smoking is only allowed in the 3 designated smoking areas within the complex property. NO PETS are permitted. Violation will result in the loss of your security deposit.
There is a designated parking space for one car. You will be assigned a parking permit when you check into the Kihei Akahi office upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board.
Please use the A/C sparingly and intermittently! If you are gone, do NOT have the A/C on.
Calls made within the continental US and Canada are free of charge.
Roaches, ants and other pests are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for your personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn offn all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return all keys to the key holder in the kitchen.

Great Vacation Condo!
Close walk to beach. Ground floor so I could literally walk out the back slider to the beach and pool. While close to everything the unit was quiet. Everything we needed for a relaxing vacation was right here. A/C was good.
We’ll definitely be back, and hope to stay in this condo for 2 full weeks next time!
