Our unit E207 at Papakea Resort is a beautifully remodelled second floor condo featuring spectacular ocean views of Molokai, as well as the beautifully manicured grounds and Koi pond.

The bedroom has a comfy California king bed, plenty of closet space, air conditioning unit, and ceiling fan. The bedroom clock radio is blue tooth enabled and has a convenient USB port to charge your phone or tablet. There is a 43 inch Roku Smart TV so you can stream your favourite shows or Spectrum cable channels. The bathroom features granite counters, cherry cabinets, a walk in shower and a built in hair dryer.
Wake up to the sound of the ocean and enjoy your coffee in the morning sun on the spacious lanai. Take advantage of the afternoon shade and trade winds to keep the entire condo cool naturally. The unit is also equipped with split system air conditioning with independent AC units in the living room and bedroom as well as ceiling fans.

A cancellation notice must be received in writing. For cancellations within 60 days of check in the refunds are made only in case we can re-rent the cancelled dates. We make all efforts to re-rent all cancellations. If we are able to re-rent the cancelled dates for the full rent amount indicated in Guest’s Rental Agreement, we will refund all moneys paid by Guest. If we are able to re-rent the cancelled dates for less than the full rent amount indicated in Guest’s Rental Agreement, we will refund the remainder (if any) of all moneys paid by Guest less the difference between the original rent and the amount we can recover by re-renting. For cancellations on or after arrival date all funds are forfeited. Early departure does not warrant any refunds. Travel insurance is advised.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. The larger of $300 or 25% of the rent Deposit is required to book. Balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Payments by money orders are preferred to avoid fees. Wire transfers and Paypal/credit card payments are accepted, if the guest covers the incurred fees.
This is a payment of $300 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 10 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. NO early check-ins or late check-outs, unless specified in your rental agreement. Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. NO SMOKING is permitted in or around the unit, including lanai. NO PETS are permitted. Violation will result in the loss of your security deposit.
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board.
Please use the A/C sparingly and intermittently! If you are gone, do NOT have the A/C on. Try to not use the A/C at night while you sleep. Keep your windows and glass blinds open. Turn on your ceiling fans.
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.

We have been to Papakea Resort 5 times and it never disappoints. Bob’s unit E-207 was one of our favorites. Very clean, fully stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed the boogie boards, sand buckets, snorkel gear, putters and golf balls for the putting green, sun umbrellas and the fully stocked kitchen. Bob was so easy to work with and constantly went over and above when we needed anything. Thank you so much!!

This was our third stay at Papakea Resort and we loved it again. Spotless , perfectly manicured grounds and very friendly and helpful staff on site. This unit was perfect and exactly as the pictures show. We have stayed on the ground floor in this building before which I thought I preferred but being one floor higher gives you a great view of the ocean which we couldn’t see from the first floor. The condo itself looks brand new from the appliances to the furniture and there is everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The owner was excellent to deal with and answered any and all questions. I highly recommend, 5 stars!
