Reservation Deposit is refundable, less $100 admin fee, if canceled in writing 45 days or more (60 days in high season) prior to check in. Reservation Deposit is forfeited if canceled 44 days or less (59 days or less in high season) prior to check in. Travel insurance is recommended.
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. Two nights Reservation Deposit is required to confirm dates. Reservation is not confirmed until Reservation Deposit and signed Booking Form is received. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival in Discounted & Low Season; 60 days in High Season. $300 Refundable Damage Deposit is required at full payment date. We cannot hold dates during Peak Season; a deposit must be received to confirm booking. Payments by personal checks, money orders, wire transfers and Paypal are accepted.
This is a refundable payment of $300 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 10 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay. The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Off street parking is permitted for one car. You will be issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board.
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day. There is a trash drop down the hall near the laundry room. Downstairs are trash and recycling bins.
Unit is professionally cleaned prior to each guest's arrival. Rates do not include daily housekeeping. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Check the furniture and closets for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lockbox.
